I do use this information for the operation of my website, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of my website. None of this information is personal information and in any case, I do not share it with other parties. This site does use the services of other websites. Any information given in my guestbook that is entered in public mode will be visible to other readers. If you don't wish others to see your information, you should use the guestbook private mode or send me an email. You should be aware that through links on my site, you could be directed to other sites that I do not control. For example, if you click on a banner advertisement, a sponsored link or on a search result or ranked site, the click takes you off my website and sends you to a site controlled and operated by a third party. Cookies Currently I do not use cookies. Some of the third-party sites I use may incorporate cookies. I don't have control over their use of cookies but I try to choose third-party sites that share my view on privacy policies as stated above. Discrimination I do not discrimate against anyone on the basis of sex, race, religion or age. I will not tolerate discriminatory material on my site, nor will I knowingly link to or promote a website that discriminates. I do accept submissions from other artists and websites, but only if they appeal to me and fit in with my design and intellectual motifs. If you submit a work to me and I do not accept it, it will not be on a discriminatory basis. It will only be because I either do not have enough web space for you (I do have limited space) or because I feel that it does not work well with the other elements of my website. Offensive Materials Pornography and obscene language do not actually offend me, but since they do upset or offend many people and because my family's children come to this website I do not allow either one on my website. I do not consider art works of an erotic nature to be pornography and I do display works of the human form in the nude. Even so, if the art work is of an explicit nature or could be considered to be very offensive, it will be the subject of a special link with a warning that it could be offensive to some people. I do not tolerate materials that are intended to foster hatred towards others on the basis of their politics, philosophy, religion, race, sex or age. I will not accept submissions from individuals carry such materials on their own websites. Copyrights and Permissions I always try to identify the owner of any materials I use on my website. If I can identify them, I always obtain their permission and I try to protect their rights and acknowledge them by providing links, ownership and contact information.
