In terms of dollars and cents, I'm not doing badly - but I'm certainly not wealthy either. But when it comes to friends and family, I'm doing just great and I think I could be classified as a a very wealthy person. I have very caring and creative family members and friends. This web page and the links on them are about them, for them and to them.
I have many good friends and I know lots and lots of people - too many to post on when I'm just starting out on this web page. So I've decided that I'll start out with friends who have websites you can go to and add to the list as I get the time. Elegant Music Eric and Sheila are wonderfully expressive and accomplished musicians. Eric is a pianist, composer and arranger and Sheila is a flutist. They are really good people, warm and caring, inspirational and creative. They own and operate Elegant Music, which provides elegant music ensembles for special occasions. They also produce CDs and in their spare time (what little they have) play all kinds of different music. Geoff Scott Geoff and I go back to my high school days - he was in my graduating class. I recently found him listed on classmates.com and we've re-established contact. We were a wild bunch of kids in high school and Geoff's house was one of our favorite party zones. Geoff and I buddied around a lot and had many, many good times together. Geoff lives in Ladner in British Columbia. DarinSwan.com Darin and I have been working on various database and website projects together in the past year. Darin is a very fast and experienced programmer who can write in several languages. On the projects we've been working on, he usually writes the really tricky and sophisticated stuff. I like to copy Darin's programming style and methods because they're really clean and efficient. Darin is endlessly patient, incredibly tolerant, never makes you feel like an idiot (even if he may think you are) and knows an amazing number of things about programming and computers. Len Williams Design Len and I go back a long, long time. I'm not going to tell you how long - I'll leave it up to you to decide how long really long is! Len is a really fine graphic artist and marketing strategist. He is also a very fine singer and songwriter (a pro) who is still planning to make a CD. I've been waiting a very long time for his CD! Maybe he'll make his CD in 2001? Financial Rescue Services Mary Beth and I have shared many an adventure and work project together. Mary Beth is one of the finest people I have ever had the pleasure to work and hang out with and I am very proud to count her as a friend of mine. She is one of these people who manage to be competent no matter what they do. Currently she is partner in her own debt negotiation business. If you're having debt problems, go check out what she has to offer. Herb Coach Meet Marge and Ralph Hartwig, good people who are always willing to help. Marge was one of the first people I met when I first moved to L.A. She was kind and supportive and helped me to get my feet on the ground and she barely even knew me. My hats off to this fine person. She has now become a Master Herbalist which makes sense, because she is just one of these people who truly believes in helping others.
